Instruments

Five ways to
look harder.

Most of what we know about leadership, we give away. These are the instruments we use in our own work, open to anyone who wants them. Nothing is stored unless you ask us to.

What happens to your answers

Yours, until you say otherwise.

Every instrument here writes its result to your screen and stops there. Nothing is stored, and no profile of you is built, until you press share.

Sharing is the interesting part. Most of what a client ever learns about a leader comes from a CV, which is a list of places and dates and says almost nothing about how someone actually leads. When you share a scan, a reflection or a Signature with us, it is filed with your name here, and a brief can be matched to the way you work rather than to your history alone. We only put any of it in front of a client if you agree to that, per client, each time.

Each instrument uses AI to read what you wrote and write back, and that is stated on every page, because you should know when you are working with a machine and when with us. The judgement in a search stays ours, and the decision about your own material stays yours.

Rather have the conversation?
