ELiN Partners is a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm with offices in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Zürich (Switzerland). We are the controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at info@elin-partners.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you contact us we receive your name, email address and message. We use this only to respond to you.
Candidate registration. When you register as a candidate or respond to an opportunity, we receive your name, contact details, CV and any motivation you share. We use this to assess a possible match with current or future leadership roles and, where relevant, to contact you about them. We treat candidate information as strictly confidential and never share your profile with a client without speaking to you first.
Bright Leadership Reflection. When you register for the reflection, we use your email address to send you your personal reflection link and result.
Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in running an executive search practice. We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell personal data.
Who processes your data
Our website and forms run on Netlify, which hosts the site and stores form submissions on our behalf. Candidate information is managed in our own secured search platform, with data stored by Supabase. Both act as processors under a data processing agreement. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads.
How long we keep your data
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your question. Candidate profiles are kept for up to two years after our last contact, so we can approach you for future roles, unless you ask us to remove them earlier. You can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict how we use it. Email info@elin-partners.com and we will respond promptly. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the Swiss FDPIC.
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, configured in a privacy-friendly way: IP addresses are anonymised, we have accepted Google's data processing terms and we do not share Analytics data with Google for its own purposes. Analytics places first-party cookies that measure visits in aggregate. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
